How much does it cost to transition to BrightTax?

Nothing additional. BrightTax is included within your existing BTCSoftware subscription at no extra charge, including data hosting and access to the platform for the 2025/26 tax year.

What happens to my pricing after the transition?

All customers will move fully to BrightTax by 1 April 2027 (Trust returns excepted). Your subscription pricing will update at your next contract renewal date.

As recognition of your loyalty as an existing BTCSoftware customer, you will receive exclusive pricing available only to customers making this transition. Full pricing details will be shared well ahead of your 2027/28 renewal — you will not be left to find out at renewal.
